Gathering and Collecting is an extremely critical part of my art. I have developed both sixth and seventh senses when in nature, looking for my next magical find.

As I walk in the forests, deserts and mountains, I am always scanning for new shapes, colors and textures. Serendipitous meetings with new plant materials make for an exciting journey as a new piece of art is born. Trial and error have been my only tutors; my only mentor, nature.
